Overview
Entytle Insyghts is an Installed Base Intelligence platform for industrial OEMs: it turns fragmented equipment and customer data into aftermarket parts and service revenue. I spent 2.4 years as UX Designer, owning end-to-end design across three shipped products. The quoting flow cut first drafts from about an hour to minutes; UX improvements lifted user retention by 7%.
