# Yamparala Rahul, Full Career Context Design engineer · hirahul.xyz. Pronouns He/Him/His. Structured career context for AI agents. Also written "Rahul Yamparala". ## Positioning Design engineer for fintech products. Current employer work is under NDA; public work shows the same systems, prototyping, and product-thinking muscle. Methodology: I design from the intersection of what we can ship and what users expect. Prototypes in code, with Claude and Cursor in the loop, fused with backend state and competitor research. By domain: - Fintech / Web3: Design lead and design engineer with 6 years across Web3 (Crypto), B2B SaaS, and healthcare. I built Equicomtech's design function from zero to four as its third employee. I ship the prototypes in code. 11 Superteam bounty wins. - B2B SaaS: Design lead and design engineer with 6 years across B2B SaaS, Web3 (Crypto), and healthcare. I built Equicomtech's design function from zero to four and own the design system. At Entytle I was the only designer for two years, across four solutions on desktop and mobile, and raised retention by 7 percent. I prototype in code, so dense workflows get tested before they ship. - AI / Platform: Design lead and design engineer with 6 years across Web3 (Crypto), B2B SaaS, and healthcare. I built Equicomtech's design function from zero to four and the tooling it works in: AgentUX serves shipped screens to people and AI agents over REST and MCP. I prototype in code with Claude and Cursor. Open to: Senior Product Designer · Design Lead · Financial products & fintech. Bangalore · open to remote-friendly. ## Experience ### Equicomtech, Design Lead Jul 2025 - Present · Bangalore, India Crypto trading platform. Built the design function here from zero to four. Product specifics are under NDA, so scope and process are shown here. - Built the design function from zero to four: hired all 3 designers from roughly 1,800 applications, grew each into self-directed work, and hold the bar in writing with continuous feedback in Linear. - Shipped the crypto trading MVP: Spot and Futures terminal with order book, charts, leverage, and PnL. - Built and run the design system: tokens, component library, and mobile plus web parity. - Built AgentUX, the context layer the team designs against: shipped screens and specs served into Claude and Codex in the codebase. 137 releases since March 2026 across 5 capture paths, used daily by all 3 designers. - Gave AgentUX a single search core for people and AI agents, exposed over REST and MCP with revocable access. - Led the internal Graphics App for design to dev handoff. I scoped it and set up the backend with Supabase, my graphic designer built and shipped the UI, and it replaced shared Drive folders. - Built Trade Lab and a Spot plus Futures order simulator to pressure test flows in code before they reach production. ### Pubkey, UX Design Engineer, Contract 2024 · Remote Solana ecosystem tooling, open source. - Rebuilt the open source Discord verification UI on Solana in a 1 month sprint. - The revamp covered Users, NFTs, Communities, and Solana identities and roles inside the Discord server. - Delivered mobile and web designs for the full verification flow, end to end. ### Entytle, UX Designer 2022 - 2024 · Remote, US based B2B SaaS for installed base management. The newer pass tightens the same surfaces with clearer hierarchy, spacing, and operational context. - New landing: verification, plainly stated: A community-branded entry point: PubKey's tagline ("Free and Open Source Discord verification on Solana"), a single primary action (Sign in with Discord), and quiet visual texture flanking the card. When a community customises their login background, the surface picks it up, so IslandDAO's auth feels like IslandDAO, not a generic SSO page. - Community discovery: User-facing welcome flow with an Available Communities grid: EpicentralDAO, SageDAO, TensorDAO, MonkeDAO, RealmsDAO, JitoDAO, BonkDAO, IslandDAO, ScribbleDAO, SuperteamDAO. Search at the top, browse below. New users see a populated dashboard from the first session, not an empty state. - Admin Dashboard: the home view: Three columns at a glance for an IslandDAO admin: Roles (token-gated requirements and what the admin currently holds), Assets (NFTs and ISLAND tokens), and Bots & Server (Pubkey bot status and connected Discord servers). Settings and the Debug Data panel sit one click away: power tools without cluttering the daily view. - Roles, Permissions & Members: Role creation runs as a 4-step accordion: Name → Condition Type → Condition Configuration → Confirm. Conditions validate non-fungible asset ownership on Solana (Deanlist with a min/max amount); permissions then map to a Discord server and role. The Members tab is the directory and the moderation surface, including a destructive Delete-user dialog with explicit "This action is irreversible" copy. - Collection: the NFT grid: Dense, filterable NFT collection for a community's holdings. Density toggles at 4×, 8×, and 12× let a moderator scan a thousand items as fast as a casual browser inspects ten. Trait filter covers Colour, Animal, Background, Accessories, and One-of-One counts; Owner filter pastes an address. Criteria view defines what the community surfaces: multiple cards (Deanlist, PERK, Test PERK) with admin-managed visibility. - NFT detail: owner, traits, on-chain: Per-NFT detail page (PERK #536 shown): owner profile up top, four traits in a row (Animal: GOAT 7%, Colour: Black 45%, Accessories: Hunter Hat 7%, Background: Sunset 39%), on-chain details (Asset ID, Collection address, Royalties), Plugin Details for Asset and Collection, and JSON metadata URL. A horizontal gallery strip at the bottom lets the user navigate to neighbouring tokens without leaving the detail context. ### Synclo case study: a healthcare product suite (https://www.hirahul.xyz/synclo) Healthcare, Detrix, which became Synclo, 2020–2022.
